Background Screening Services

Screen Tenants and Residents

The community of people residing in your park matters. Ensuring your property remains a safe and family-friendly environment should be a top priority and one of the best ways of doing that is by being fully aware of who you are allowing into your community. Properly background screening your applicants can help to protect your property and that of your other tenants, minimize your liability, find tenants you can trust, and discourage applicants with something to hide.

We have partnered with TenantAlert and RentPrep to help our members simplify the process of finding good tenants and residents.
