​Brett is a SoCal-based attorney enjoying over 30 years’ experience exclusively representing the interests of owners and managers of recreational vehicle parks and manufactured housing communities throughout Southern California in all aspects of California’s Recreational Vehicle Park Occupancy Law and the Mobilehome Residency Law with particular emphasis on operational issues.

Paul Jensen
Jensen & McDonald


​Paul is a well-known manufactured home park industry attorney who has represented California park owners and operators since 1980. A frequent and popular speaker at seminars and author of numerous articles regarding manufactured housing law, Mr. Jensen maintains his practice in San Jose and is a longtime WMA and CampCalNOW member.
 
Mr. Jensen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree magna cum laude from San Jose State University in 1977, and graduated from The University of Santa Clara School of Law in 1980. He has testified as an expert in proceedings before the Superior Court and has also testified regarding pending legislation before the Senate Judiciary Committee in Sacramento
.

Lisa Toke
Andre, Morris, & Buttery

Lisa is a principal in the firm’s Civil Litigation Practice Group. Lisa received her Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA in 1993, and received her law degree from Cornell Law School in 1996. Following law school, Lisa clerked for the Hon. Alan E. Norris, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and thereafter, she was an associate with the San Francisco Bay Area firm Michel, Hartman & Fackler from 1997-2001. Having grown up in San Luis Obispo, Lisa returned to the Central Coast and joined Andre, Morris & Buttery in 2001 and became a principal in 2007. Lisa practices primarily in the fields of business litigation, construction defect and mobile home law.

Lisa is an active member of the San Luis Obispo Bar Association, serving as a volunteer mediator for the Pre-File Mediation Program, and is a member of the San Luis Obispo County Women Lawyers Association. She is also a member of the Home Builders Association of the Central Coast (HBACC) and editor of the HBACC newsletter, Central Coast Builder. In her community, Lisa is the past president of the San Luis Obispo Children’s Museum, a member of the Cuesta College Paralegal Program Advisory Committee and a member of the Board of Directors of the Chinese Garden SLO project.

Dan Rudderow

Dan Rudderow has practiced law since 1994 and is the principal of Rudderow Law Group.  Dan’s practice is devoted to representing manufactured home community owners and park management companies.  His firm assists community owners and managers with rental agreements and other residency documents, day-to-day park management issues and enforcement of park rules and regulations.  As a civil litigator and trial lawyer, Dan also represents park owners in failure to maintain lawsuits, rent control disputes, rule violation injunction cases, and unlawful and forcible detainer evictions.  Dan has been a featured speaker at many of the industry’s seminars and events. He has authored several articles in manufactured housing industry publications, including the WMA Reporter magazine.

Hart King Law

John Pentecost has been with Hart King since 1988 and is a group leader in the firm’s manufactured housing practice. He has handled multiple trials in Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside counties, including numerous commercial, RV park and mobilehome park tenant evictions. John has over thirty years of experience in defending class actions ranging from lease dispute issues to state and federal discrimination issues and failure to maintain lawsuits. He assists his clients in subdivision conversions and park closures, ground lease negotiations and litigation. John is experienced in homeowners’ association law (HOA's) and assisting real estate brokers relative to commission and liability issues.”

Joe Carroll focuses on California Mobilehome Residency Law (MRL) issues. Joe focuses his law practice on a variety of matters including COVID-19 and resident lease and rule violation compliance issues. Joe has served on the WMA Education Committee since 2006 and has been a speaker at the WMA Annual Convention every year since 2005. 
 
In recent years, Joe has received recognition from numerous sources. Joe has been voted by other attorneys to the Sacramento Business Journal’s “Best of the Bar” every year since 2014. Joe is a member of the UC Davis Men’s Basketball Alumni Association. Joe has a wife and two beautiful daughters.
