CalOHA follows state and national policy issues that impact RV parks and campgrounds and takes action by creating legislation to protect our members' benefits to keep your business running without interruption
Owners and operators can also access required regulatory signage needed to protect your park and simplify evictions. Visit California and the California Travel Association both work with CalOHA to ensure that RV parks and campgrounds are a recognized segment of the travel and tourism industry. CalOHA Collaborates with state and local agencies to protect the interest of outdoor hospitality parks on a more granular level. Most notable, working with GO-Biz and all 58 counties to have private RV parks and campgrounds designated as essential businesses. |

Through membership, park owners are given a free advertisement listing in The Camper's Guide to California as well as an online listing on Camp-California.com. To stand out more, consider upgrading your listings. We can mix and match options to fit any budget and marketing needs.
Camp-California.com is the go-to resource for the camping consumer and hosts nearly 1500 RV parks and campgrounds. It is now easier than ever for campers to find our member parks and enjoy a positive camping experience. The collectors editions of The Camper's Guide to California features a different theme each year to inspire camping consumers to visit CalOHA member parks. The annual guide has a reach of 300,000 and a lifespan of 5 years due to extensive distribution efforts at all California Visitor's Centers, retail locations, member parks, and more. Around the Campfire is Camp California's digital communication to over 50,000 camping consumers, providing inspiration for activities, products, recipes, and showcases CalOHA member parks each week. CalOHA reaches camping consumers through Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. Followers are directed to members' listings on Camp-California.com through shared photos, videos, and featured articles about camping and traveling in the outdoors. |
