New Rules and Best Practices
This session will discuss why having a good set of updated park rules is essential to every park owner. Updated park rules can save a park owner a lot of headaches in the long run such as when you have a problem resident you want out of your park but that same resident always pays their rent. We will discuss the basic types of rules every park should have and examples of park rules that may be beneficial to some park owners.
Practical application in a park setting will be provided by Green Acres RV Park. We strongly encourage everyone sign up for this discussion.
Speakers: Chris Chapman of Rudderow Law Group
Donita Kocourek, Manager, Green Acres RV Park

How to Add Glamping to Your Park
The glamping movement is growing with no signs of slowing down any time soon. Glamping is where nature meets luxury and a way to add value to your park. Bring in those non-camper guests, increase your ADR on select sites, set yourself apart from the competition by offering multiple accommodation types and experiences. CampCalNOW has partnered with the American Glamping Association to bring you a no risk entry into the world of Glamping. Join us for this informative session and learn more about how you can offer a glamping experience at your park.
Speakers: Andrea Frye, Business Development Manager
American Glamping Association
Solution to Electric Vehicles
Big changes are happening in the automotive and RV industries. Governor Gavin Newsom passed an executive order that directs the state to require that by 2035 all new cars and trucks sold in California will be zero-emission vehicles. Gas- and diesel-powered generators only have a few years. As an answer to these changes, Thor previewed its all-electric RV and self-propelling air stream at the 2022 Tampa RV Show. Are you ready? Do you have questions about adding a charging station or rebuilding your infrastructure? We will take a look at the future of EVs and what you need to know to keep your park relevant in a changing world.
Speakers: John Grant of Park Brokerage and multi-property RV park owner
Heidi Doyle of Utility Supply Group
Cody Schade, Product Manager of Forest River
Removals and Evictions
Removing and/or evicting occupants in your park has never been more difficult in this new Covid-19 world here in California. This session will explain the difference between removing an occupant versus evicting a tenant or resident. How to complete that process to successfully remove or evict someone from your park. We will also provide tips to help encourage an occupant to voluntarily leave your park to avoid any removal procedure. This session will be very important for all park owners that are having difficulty removing or evicting any residents in their park.
Speaker: Chris Chapman of the Rudderow Law Group
