News Laws in 2021: COVID-19 Tenant Relief Act

On January 29, 2021, the new COVID-19 Tenant Relief Act was signed into law. The new act extends the rules and procedures of the new previous tenant relief law for another 5 months, and also establishes a new rental assistance program.
